Feel and notice where all the fear and anxiety may be living in your body. Most of us carry it in our shoulders and low abs/low back.
What are the thoughts that are creating anxiety? Can you detach from them? Can you just notice the emotions and create space?
Taking care of yourself is more important than ever. Yoga, meditation (even for 5 min.), exercising ( you can do it at home, or put on rain gear to go out), eating and drinking healthy, adding fun (however that is), less news and more uplifting podcasts, shows, and music.
