I teach self care and self esteem in a lot of my classes and workshops because it's the core of how we operate with ourselves internally and with others. It's the base of our foundations;
where we work, how we communicate, the extent of being successful in our jobs and careers, how we take care of homes and much more.
Today we have a new moon in the sign of Sagittarius (the sign of expansion, travel, learning and teaching) the time to set new intentions and the Winter Solstice ( the most Yin day of the year) is this Sunday.
So how can you help the world?
By helping yourself first. Getting deep rest ( getting to bed earlier, allowing your body to have more gentle movements, eating nourishing warm foods, watching and listening to podcasts , music and movies that are emotionally up lifting are a few examples.
Second figuring out how you can help others in your community. How you speak and listen and being aware of body language can be acts that are gentle yet powerful and can carry positivity. Setting the intention of peace.balance.harmony for yourself and others.
