In the midst of chaos, finding and creating what matters to you may be challenging.
How can you enjoy life? Not using numbing activities; which are short term followed by guilt, shame or physically not feeling your best self.
To get in to alignment and feel grounded it's always helpful to use your values as your guide.
Here are some prompts to help you start.
What brings me joy?
What is one thing I can let go of that is creating stress for me?
What boundary can I start using to help me?
You may consider the following:
Start your day with an easy intention.
Go for a walk, stretch/yoga or engage in any physical activity to get your blood flowing.
Have a list of your may dos and must dos for the day.
Give yourself time during the day at school or work to do nothing for a few minutes.
Go outside and get fresh air without your phone, maybe bring a friend.
Make time to eat healthy food that nourish you.
