As we enter late summer the energy begins to change. It becomes a time for grounding. In Feng Shui and TCM (traditional Chinese medicine) late summer is the Earth season and today there is a new moon in Virgo an Earth sign.
It's a bridge between summer and fall.
It's a time to prepare for winter by getting our homes and bodies ready and stregthened. It's a great time to balance your wellness routine with adding in more strength training to allow the muscles to grow and strengthen bones. To get our systems stronger for cold/flu season.
If this seems overwhelming start small. Add an extra day of weight lifting; maybe taking a class that incorporates weights (my new passion are Barre classes; you use light weight weights with tons of repetition).
You can get your home, office, business ready by decluttering and reorganizing.
Start with cleaning and reorganizing a small corner of your home or office. I always like to add something that's pretty to invite in new energy, a new plant or moving an existing on to invite in the earth element.
